By using the Campus Connect mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. App Usage

  • Campus Connect is intended for authorized users only – such as parents, teachers, and school administrators.
  • Student data displayed in the app is maintained and managed solely by the respective educational institution.
  • Users must not misuse the app, distribute its content without permission, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application.

2. Payments

  • All payments are external and processed manually via QR code, UPI, or school-specific instructions.
  • The app does not directly handle or process any financial transactions internally.

3. Notifications

  • The app sends push notifications related to student attendance, announcements, events, and other school updates.
  • These notifications are essential for real-time communication and should not be disabled.

4. Advertisements

  • Advertisements may be displayed to parent users via Google AdMob integration.
  • Bandhu Connect does not endorse or control the content of external ads.

5. Violations

  • Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in restricted access or account termination.
  • School authorities and/or Bandhu Connect reserve the right to suspend or revoke user access without prior notice.

6. Google Sign-In and Gemini AI Platform

  • Our web-based tools and AI-assisted question generation platform allow users to log in using Google Sign-In.
  • We only request basic profile data (name, email, and profile photo) using scopes: openid, email, and profile.
  • No access is requested to Gmail messages, Drive files, or other private Google data.
  • The information obtained via Google Sign-In is used solely for authentication, quota tracking, and personalized app experience.
  • All tokens and login data are securely stored and encrypted; they are never shared with any third party.
  • Users can request account deletion by contacting support@bandhu.me, and their data will be permanently erased.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Bandhu Connect and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app or platform.
  • All educational data displayed is managed by the respective school or institution.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
